Dermanew's home microdermabrasion kit is one of the more expensive kits on the market, unless you can find it on sale online, but it is still much cheaper than having a professional treatment at a dermatologists or plastic surgeons office. This is a really great at home microdermabrasion kit.  I noticed a difference in my skin the first time I used it.   It exfoliates great and really gets the circulation going in your skin.  It will also definitely improve the skin tone and texture of your skin.  A few of the age spots on my skin are getting very light and some have gone. That is worth the money already if that is the only thing it did for me.  As far as diminishing fine lines and wrinkles, I don't think you will see any dramatic results as you would in a surgical procedure or if you got a filler.  I use it every other day, but they recommend you use it 2 to 3 times a week. I like that it is waterproof and you can use it in the shower.   It has a 2 minute timer on it and shuts off automatically.  The only con is the replacement brushes and the microdermabrasion creme are hard to find on sale.  The brushes are $15.00 (they are worth about $3.00- $5.00) and the creme is $36.00.  That gets expensive.
