THE INSPECTION:
Great lipstick! They are creamy, go on smoothly, and have high pigmentation! My favorite is Fantasy. They stay on for a few hours unless you are eating and drinking, and they don't feel dry. Some of my higher end lipsticks don't stay on as well as this. I love e.l.f.!!
I didn't know they made lipstick! I guess Target is gradually getting more and more products but they are slow. I'm tempted to order a bunch of stuff online to try out.
