THE CLAIMS:

A soft, golden pink, liquid-pearl highlighter.

Its sheer, light-reflecting formula in a fresh, raspberry scent glides on smoothly for a breathtakingly radiant complexion. Wear it alone for a youthful dewy glow, or over makeup for lustrous "pearlessence."

This product contains moisturizing sesame seed oil and skin-soothing raspberry, chamomile, and sweet almond seed extract to improve skin firmness and smoothness.

 

THE INSPECTION:

This is a really pretty face highlighter/luminizer.  It doesn't have big chunks of glitter in it.  It is a very fine shimmer.  If I don't feel like putting on makeup I will put this on.  It gives a very luminous and glowy look.  It doesn't give any coverage for flaws, but it does diffuse imperfections a bit and makes your complexion look radiant just like the claims say.  I also use it over makeup on my cheek bones.  I found all of the claims for this to be true except the part about improving skin firmness.  (Too Bad).  I love it!

THE INSPECTION:

The color persimmon is a great dupe for mac color cream or benefit high beam highlighters. It's a neutral shade that looks a lot like mac "shell" highlighter.  In fact, when I  swatch both on my hand to compare, I can't tell the difference between the mac and the e.l.f.   Hmmm, $17.50 or $1.00?  I love when I can find a good dupe for a high end product!  I apply it on my cheek bones or over a lipstick. It gives a nice "dewy" look.  It is easy to blend once you warm it up with your finger and stays on all day.  It smells a little like oranges and the size is really cute!

THE CLAIMS:

A loose powder that highlights the skin with a subtle glaze of color.

Iridescent Powder is a finely milled mixture of Mica and pigments which gives the skin a beautiful sheen. It can be used on its own or mixed into other products like foundations or moisturizers to enhance their iridescent qualities. Long-lasting and designed to apply easily and uniformly without streaking and caking, it blends beautifully and can be applied on bare skin or over foundation. Because it's so concentrated it should be used sparingly at first.

THE INSPECTION:

This highlighter can be used in several ways - As a face highlighter or body highlighter.  It has the perfect shimmer and is SUPER glowey!  You only need a tiny amount.  It comes in 2 colors:  Silver Dusk- a pink/beige with silver shimmer, and Golden Bronze - a golden brown with bronze shimmer.  I use the Silver Dusk.  I love it as a highlighter for cheeks and have found that the fan brush works well for this.  

 

I also mix it with body lotion and put it all over any exposed skin.  It has a gorgeous sheen and it really enhances your skin tone.

I used it all over the day I got married and it looked really pretty in pictures!!  It lasts forever and has the perfect shimmer and glow!!

COLOR - SHELL

THE INSPECTION:

I love this as a highlighter for the cheekbones.  I have the color Shell.  It is a peachy beige color and it gives your cheeks a pretty natural glow.  It is a lot warmer than Benefits High Beam (previous review) which shows up a little lighter on the face than this one.  It is not glittery.  It has a very fine shimmer.  You can apply this with a brush or your fingers.  I also use it as an eyeshadow base and on my lips.  Another favorite!
